Double senior competence joins KSMG to expand and strenghten their offer

Over the past year, KSMG House of Employer Branding has invested heavily in further strengthening and developing their offer. Through first-class strategy, conceptualization, and distribution they are creating the future of employer branding. The expansion now continues as new colleagues joins the team.

Daniel Wägerth is one of the industry's sharpest experts in employer branding. For more than 20 years, he has worked to build long-term strategies for both global and local employer brands. At KSMG, Daniel will contribute with extensive experience and expertise to broaden the current business and develop the strategic offering. In connection with Daniel strengthening the strategic delivery, several parallel investments are also being made within KSMG to gain ground on the international market. Daniel comes most recently from Universum where he has worked for 15 years with their employer branding offer in Europe.

– I look forward to, as at the start of my employer-branding career, be part of an exciting journey. I can't wait to learn more from KSMGs data-driven and automated job ad business. For example, how can you use insights from job advertisements to accurately reach the strategic target group with the right message in the long run? Working with dedicated expert teams in distribution, campaign analytics, experienced creators and client managers feels very inspiring and exciting.

Niklas Ackerstedt is a Senior Art Director with success from both freelance and communication agencies. Niklas has worked with award-winning assignments for customers such as the Swedish Childhood Cancer Fund, Skanska, and the Swedish Association of Health Professionals. At KSMG, Niklas will focus on film and photo productions, concepts, and communication to further sharpen the creative offer within concept and content.
